Pear tree lane Farmhouse

~Welcome home~

This blog is dedicated to my dear family who live many miles away, and to you dear ladies , who have a heart for keeping the home fires burning. You, who love and cherish your family, and have a desire to create a home that says "Welcome, you are loved and cared for."

My desire is that when you leave that you will be encouraged and know that you too are loved.

Sue~

HAPPY RESURRECTION DAY!!
When Spring comes it brings a newness of life, that always encourages me and fills me with new hope.
I always enjoy seeing new trees budding.
A new calf resting in the warm sunshine.
A newborn lamb sniffing its mother

The warmth while holding a newborn chick in my hand,

these are feelings that are almost indescribable.. for it reminds me of another Hope and rebirth....A time we celebrate new birth , a new birth that we have in Christ, for it is through His death, burial, and resurrection that this new birth is brought forth in our lives.

Romans 10:9~ that if you confess with your mouth the lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

This Easter season that we celebrate has a very special, and personal meaning to me....Many years ago, during this season, I became a believer in this Resurrected Lord , it was the greatest decision that I have ever made, and my life has never been the same.

May your day be filled with many joyful blessings, as you celebrate this Glorious Resurrection Day!
Hugs,
Sue

That is so sweet, that you became a believer in the Lord Jesus at this time of year. I hope you have a very, blessed day today with your family. You have blessed my life so much and I am so happy that you left that comment that day and you continue to bless me. I am so thankful today for that empty tomb. Have a very wonderful day today,
Sue.

Kim

Good Morning Sue,
I hope you had a lovely weekend. We did but wow is it hard to hit the ground running today. We never felt the earthquakes yesterday, there were 3 it does make you wonder. I am so thankful for husbands who do such nice jobs of taking care of wives. I always feel so bad because my husband puts up with all of my hair-brained ideas.

Well, gosh it seems we are in for a storm today, I wish you could hear this wind battering down my doors right now.

Have a lovely day my friend. You make me smile and bring a joy to my life.
Love,
Kim
