I had to laugh at the age you chose (39) to remain. I think my age is probably some days 11 and some days 60. The in-between is all good too! I hope you and your sweet family are well. ♥ I'm your newest follower. xoAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7057606934247237658.post-63385993489844324722020-10-10T21:48:33.741-04:002020-10-10T21:48:33.741-04:00Nice view from your window. I had to smile about your thoughts on technology. I agree and just don't get all the focus on phones. My cell phone sits on an end table and I forget to even check it to see if someone has called. It acts more like an old land line for me. Showing my age here. But not for the houseplants! I envy your green thumb!!! #3 is definitely a ditto...I think when people hear "71" they think OLD, but my son and DIL and grands tell me I don't look old, don't act old, don't dress old...therefore, I refuse to be OLD!!! I had a much older friend (now deceased) who died in her late 80s still wearing blue jeans, lots of jewelry, and riding around in her little red convertible:) Don't you just love somebody like that? I agree with you about technology too...it's great in some ways but can't help but sometimes think it's been our downfall. I left you a reply to your comment on my blog but basically said before I can ever teach a Sun. Sch. lesson it has to have some meaning to me...or I just cannot (for the life of me) teach it. I always feel like God puts on my heart what I should be teaching so He and I go with it:) Love your view!!!!CHERIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16339717663308847703noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7057606934247237658.post-48795773733732421782020-10-07T21:01:53.237-04:002020-10-07T21:01:53.237-04:00Your plants are stunningly beautiful. My current kitchen window is a little different, as my sink is at an island, and the window is about 5 feet or more away, so I really can't look out like I'd like to, but I do have a lovely window above my computer desk where I spend a lot of time looking out at the pond in our back yard. That has been a blessing for me here at this new house. I love your potted plants and what a lovely bunch of them you have!! I am not very good with house plants...they don't thrive under my "care", or lack thereof. I tend to enjoy what God and nature provide for us outside that I don't have to worry about so much. I was not the daughter in the family that was given the green thumb. That was my sister. LOL. I would love to come and sit on your front porch and enjoy the beautiful view with you! Thank you for sharing your world with us today. So lovely.Pamela M. Steinerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04060656432106792419noreply@blogger.com
