~Welcome home~

This blog is dedicated to my dear family who live many miles away, and to you dear ladies , who have a heart for keeping the home fires burning. You, who love and cherish your family, and have a desire to create a home that says "Welcome, you are loved and cared for."

My desire is that when you leave that you will be encouraged and know that you too are loved.

Do you know how proud we are of Will?
Just got this updated photo of Will, as you can see he got there safely. and is busy learning how to do what is expected of him!! Please continue to pray for all of our military men and women everywhere.
Being raised in a military family causes me to be even more proud, and I know if Will's great grandfather were alive that he would be even more proud than us..... My father was a soldier through and through, and he taught us to love and respect our country and our military, and to know the principals to which this country was founded. Freedom of worship,...God first, loyalty to the  Constitution to whom he was sworn to support, defend.
Thanks for indulging me!!

Hugs,
Sue
I Thessalonians 1:2~We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers.

You have an amazing legacy in your family and you are justifiably proud. I certainly am praying for Will and all of our military and consider it a great privilege to do so. They are the ones who are laying it on the line for their country and countrymen. God bless each and every one and bring them home safely.

I am so thankful for the service and sacrifice of brave young men like Will.... and the sacrifice of families like yours...

I know you are proud of Will, and, though I have never met him, I am proud of him too! I am keeping him (and you all) held up in prayers, too.

Thanks for sharing that photo with all of us, so we can see a face to go along with all of the prayers.

Have a wonderful weekend, dear bloggy -friend.....

This makes me appreciate our military even more if that's possible. I just spent time earlier today sharing with Becky and Tami about how much I adore our soldiers. I do, and knowing your grandson is in the service compounds that appreciation. You have every right to be proud and to shout it from the rooftops. No wonder I like you so much, Sue.

Beam away, my friend!

And I'm going to go check out more info on this. I must have missed where he was going to be deployed to... must be in a former post.

XO,

Sheila :-)

Hi Sue,
What would we do without e-mail to keep in touch with our loved ones far away?
Will looks good and tell me I'm proud of him, too!
I'm thankful for all those that are keeping us safe and sacrificing for us.
