Sitting by a camp fire at dusk, warming my feet while toasting marshmallows on a twig, getting ready to make a s'mores!
Enjoying a meal by candlelight
This reminds me of Miss Emily Baldwin,(Walton's series) reminiscing of her first kiss, under a tree as the autumn leaves showered her and her beloved Ashley Longworth!
Gathering pumpkins to decorate the entrance to the farm, one of dh's favorite things to do in the fall!
Hope you are enjoying autumn, it truly is a beautiful time of year, as I look at the different colors especially on the leaves, I think of how God uses His paintbrush to add special touches to each one, for us to stop and "savor", each moment of our day.
Blessings,
Sue

Beautiful pictures of your farm... during my favorite season, no less!
I remember Miss Emily's reminiscing. "The Homecoming" is one of our favorite Christmas movies!
All perfect fall pics! The kiss made me smile and I love the camp fire-enjoy:@)
So pretty and I just love your photos today, I really like the one of the campfire, it looks so nice and then your pear trees are beautiful. I noticed ours are starting to change colors now too. Have a lovely day today Sue.
I also love the fall.
Great photo's!
How can you be late? This is THE day!
It feels so much like autumn to me right here. I think it's the addition of the fire and woodsmoke. Hmmmm...delicious. What kind of pumpkins are those? They are so adorably round and plump.
Beautiful autumn images. There's something about a fire that just draws us in. Love the dinner by candlelight. It's such a great thing to do at this time of year.
Hi Sue, I too love Fall-the crisp cold air, bright colors on the trees, staying inside more. I love visiting here and seeing your place.
Harvest blessings to you and yours.

Absolutely stunning!

Sue, they are gorgeous, and I loved the harken back to Miss Emily and Ashley Longworth. I loved that show. (Still do!)
It also prompts me to go outside and get a pear tree update. It has been so hot here that they weren't turning yet. I have also been so grumpy (I admit) that I haven't bothered to notice any changes in the past week. Going outside for leaf inspection.
I'm back. Still no change.
Sigh.
Hello Sue,
I enjoyed your choices for Vee's party this month. I love Autumn! Blessings!
Beautiful fall note cards, Sue. I love the smell of woodsmoke. No matter what time of year I smell it I always think of fall.
I think it's great that your DH enjoys decorating the entrance of your farm for the season. I know that any one who passes it also enjoys it.
I wanted to thank you for taking the time to leave such a kind comment on my recent post. Gosh, it brought me to tears. I am having second thoughts about being able to leave my blog. It's much harder than I ever imagined. Thank you for sharing that you have had similar thoughts too. I agree it IS too hard to leave the good friends I've met through blogging (like you). I think from now on when I have these notions I'll just take a blog break.
Hugs to you,
Kim
Lovely Autumn Note Cards!
I love The Baldwin Sisters and Miss Emily's stories of Ashley Longworth. Sweet.

The first and second shot are just amazing! Gorgeous time of year, isn't it?
Beautiful photos. I like the fire - makes me feel cozy and warm just looking at it. : )
Beautiful fall photos, each would make a lovely card, or transferred to canvas! xo
Autumn and pumpkins and colorful leaves just have to be my very favorite things!! Thanks for sharing !
What beautiful images. My favorite is the one of the trees losing leaves. Love!
I do savor this special season! This is a terrific set for note cards.
Great Fall note cards! I especially like the table centerpiece and the colorful trees.
Thanks for visiting my note cards and your nice comment.
Great choices for the October party. LOVE your campfire photo - I can almost smell the marshmallows toasting...
Love the autumn trees! I missed the note party this time, just takes too long to put it together and don't have much time to blog lately. Enjoying the outdoors while the weather is still nice.
I think that cookie picture in your earlier post would make for an excellent note card!
LOVE the camp fire photo. I could almost feel the warmth. All would make great note cards.
We are lucky to live where the trees change colour in fall. A wonderful collection of note cards, the campfire would make a perfect one to send to a man.
Autumn is gorgeous, both inside and outside your home. Lovely note card choices1
I love your entries, every one of them! Oh, those trees with falling leaves ~ beautiful!!!
Great photos. I'd like to be sitting by that toasty fire right now!
What beautiful pictures! I love the one of your fall-draped trees, but I think the campfire is my favorite. I am looking forward to lots of those this year. :)
Oh yes Sue, I would buy this set of note cards!
Wonderful photos and I especially love the fire and embers - I would love to send it to me daughter who lives 12,000 miles away from home - it speaks to me of "we are keeping the home fires burning for you"... very special - thank you.
Have a happy weekend

Shane
