One of the first signs of spring at the farm is when I see the butterflies! They are so graceful, fluttering back and forth from flower to flower! Sometimes I will find at least twenty or more on one plant, I run to get my camera, but they must know what I plan to do, so much so, that they play cat and mouse with me! Even at my age I love to chase them, a very funny sight to see.

I am joining
Vee, and many others for April's Note Card Party, always so much fun! Thank you Vee for being such a gracious hostess.
Easter Blessings to All

Simply beautiful...What could say Spring better than a gorgeous butterfly.
Great Note Cards. Love them all.
The butterflies are beautiful for cards. It's so hard to capture them in a photo. These are lovely! Enjoy your week! Hugs, Diane
The colors are so vibrant! You definitely capture Spring with these notecards! Pretty!
Such pretty images for your note cards!
Butterfly's are flowers that fly!
They make lovely note cards.
These are all such beautiful photographs. Make them up! I'd love to see you chasing after butterflies... =D
Absolutely stunning photos....
What beautiful photos and all would be note cards I'd love to have.
I especially like the first one. : )
Oh Susan...such wonderful butterflies! I have not seen any here yet but I hope we have as many as last year. The one of the purple Butterfly Bush with the yellow butterfly looks so very similar to ones that I took last year. There is bush that color outside of the office where I work and last summer there were probably 12-15 butterflies all at one time...it was awesome! These photos surely make a very lovely box of cards! Have a blessed Easter!
These are really beautiful photos and notecards Sue. I love lantana and buy several plants every year. The butterflies and hummingbirds love it too. Thank you for visiting and leaving a comment. Have a blessed Easter. Pamela
I was watching a swallowtail just today. Your butterflies look lovely as do your note cards.
What a wonderful theme of butterflies in the garden and your note cards are just gorgeous. Happy Easter!
A charming theme name for your note cards and they're all pretty. I'll take butterfly kisses any time!
Butterflies are hard to capture in photos! I know....'cause I did it..once!
Beautiful, beautiful. What a blessing, Sue to see so many at your home.

When we saw our first butterfly a couple of weeks ago, we knew that spring was finally here! I love this collection of beautiful, cheery spring note cards, Sue!
P.S. Wouldn't we talk up a storm if we shared coffee and dessert?! :D
Beautiful Sweet Sue!
I love the butterflies!

Oh my goodness Sue these are such GORGEOUS pictures! You do such a good jog with your camera. I love every one of them!
Sue your pics are stupendous - well done, each of them would make great cards. Your flowers are so beautiful, too.
Happy spring to you, ma'am!!
Exquisite pictures. Very vibrant and bursting with color.
Oh you did so well with your camera Sue - your Note Cards are charming.
I spent part of Summer chasing Monarch butterflies in my garden too - I didn't get one decent photo!
Wishing you Easter Blessings too Sue

I don't think you can beat images of butterflies. They are so beautiful ... like little fairies visiting the garden and spreading joy. Your images are all lovely. Happy Spring!
Moths and butterflies - I love them! And they do make such a nice subject for your pretty note cards, Sue!
Butterflies are hard to snap, at least for me! You captured these so beautifully, Sue, and they make lovely note cards.
These lovely images would make a beautiful set of notecards. I love the second one.
What beautiful nature note cards and they would be perfect for any occasion. I love the butterflies they are so delicate and lovely to watch flying around the garden. Thank you for stopping by my blog and for your very kind comment.
Oh, wow!! Lovely lovely :) I smiled when you said, they play cat and mouse with you and even at this age you chase them :) Keep the child in us is truly a gift :)
Beautiful butterflies! That is my favorite lantana color!
Smiles,
Carol
When the butterflies come I know that it's really going to be summer, some day. Lovely photos for note cards.
Oh how my Miss Whimsy would love this one. She is the ultimate butterfly girl. I had to keep a close watch on her as a little one because she was prone to chasing them right out of the yard and down the street.
Beautiful photos with wonderful colors, Sue!
Very creative and super good photography. Love them all. Happy Easter
These are so bright and beautiful. Made my day!!
Great butterflies - you captured them so well. I have stood in my garden for so long taking one shot after another trying to get good butterfly pics. So glad we have digital cameras these days - no wasting of film! How would we have done this blogging thing back in the day . . .
Beautiful blog - look forward to visiting again!
Joy!

Wow, those are beautiful Sue! I love butterflies too. We planted some mild weed last year hoping to attract some butterflies for Mary to watch but no luck. It came up earlier this year so maybe this year:)
Gorgeous photos! I love butterflies and my big flag for summer has butterflies all over it. My little Princess loves butterflies too.
Blessings to you1
Hello Sue, What a lovely title of your Blog. I must tell you I did pin one picture of the Butterfly! I am sorry if this was against your better idea, I would never Pin a person as I would not anyone to do it to me. Sorry I did not ask permission.
Roxy
Love, love, love butterflies!
When I was little I would chase them, thinking they were fairies.
Your butterflies are beautiful!
Hi Sue, I saw your comment on Patsy's Bible Questions/Answers and want to say "hi." I refer to your blog often and have shared your lovely garden with my husband. Hope you are enjoying Springtime!
